the conversations at these meetings have been enlightening and inspirational. it is fantastic that representatives from many of the major state initaitives (like ari, amsti, school improvement, special ed, technology in motion, etc.) are working together under the guidance of state administration to help schools in improvement, rather than bogging them down in more requirements. "one purpose, one message" if some of the ideas that surface during this time are implemented, schools in alabama will transform into truly positive learning environments where success and achievement are the norm rather than the exception!
